Each member of SAFE KIT’s team is carefully screened. Our background process for pre-employment includes criminal record checks, vulnerable sector checks, and psychological testing. Our management team interviews each security officer, thoroughly examined, and must provide five verifiable references. Successful candidates will then be trained and bonded and insured in our systems, equipment and certifications.
The training protocols of SAFE KIT exceed those of any other security firm in the region.All our security guards and officers are provided with training in police defensive tactics and patrol training. They also receive first aid training in customer service, intercultural skills, and mental health.

Discovery, Site Surveys & Security Analysis
You will meet our security team to discuss your specific safety requirements, including staff, equipment, and deployment. To ensure that we have the complete picture, we will visit your buildings and sites.
Plan Presentation & Contract Signing
For your approval, our security plan and budget will be presented. If you're satisfied we've got it right, we're going to present you with a security service contract.
Staffing, Training & Implementation
Now it's time to put in place your security plan and staff. The client receives final approval and documented proof of all training and certifications.
Reporting & Review
We will meet in person by phone or virtually at any frequency the client would like to discuss your evolving needs and to make changes to your security plan as necessary. You will also receive a full monthly review of all incidents, observations, and protocols related to security. Incident and emergency reports are generated in a timely manner as necessary.
